I am getting rolled off from my current project because of contract ending. How can I search for good projects?
Accenture's project allocation is more about who you know than what you know. It's a flawed system, favoring favoritism over merit. We must strive for transparency and equal opportunity. Start networking aggressively, showcase your skills, and don't shy away from self-promotion. It's not ideal, but that's the Accenture way.
Just make sure your primary skill is mapped correctly before you get rolled off from the project. You cant change it after you come on bench.
I am currently looking for a project based on my secondary skill. I can't make it primary as it needs experience project to be approved as primary. What should be done in this case ?
