I am really frustrated with my manager. For one day's leave , he will ask 100 questions and decline my leaves. If I tell vacation, he will definitely cancel.. if I take sick leave.. he calls me up and says that backlog will increase so please complete. IT FEELS AS IF I DON'T HAVE A LIFE OUTSIDE WORK. I am so sick of him. I want to complain and end this toxic inhumane behavior. How can I complain about him.

Talk to your HR and DU lead.if it doesn't help,better get roll off. I have been there in same situation for an year.
