Trending @Accenture; How to encash sick and wellness leaves

I took a transfer from Mumbai to Hyderabad it was Org initiated Transfer but i requested it for to my manager. Can i encash sick leaves because anyways they are going to lapse after aug 31, and about earned leaves we can only encash 8 leaves per year right? And that too only of we take a transfer we can claim them right!?

Can’t be encashed, however can carry forward if you get transfer in between financial year and there-are difference in entitlement

I have gone through all the leaves policy 1593 but couldn't find how much i can claim , and for sickness leaves i saw this under which circumstances can i claim them
