Trending @Accenture; How to check the current CTC in Accenture?

Hello Colleagues, Does anyone know how we can check our current CTC ? Currently the performance reward website only shows base pay. So, my doubt is if we switch they will give hikes based on my base pay right? Not the current CTC

You'll be able to download your revised pay in the performance & rewards section, in which after showing your updated base pay & hike percentage, the next page context mentions the variable pay %. So even though they don't mention the actual CTC amount, the bay pay & variable is mentioned clearly.
