Trending @Accenture; How to check rewards for reportees?
Hi All,
I am new to the position of TL, promoted in July 2025 cycle. I have one reportee for whom i want to reveal the reward outcome as soon as possible. I have received mail regarding rewards communication, however when i navigate to https://rewards.accenture.com --> Statement for others , I can see my reportees name but it also says December 1 statement is not yet available. Am i missing something? Please let me know what is the process.
Note: My reportee's people lead was changed to myself recently just a week ago as he is new to the project. In that case will I be revealing the rewards or his previous projects TL will reveal it to him?
Go to rewards.accenture.com. Top banner “Statement for Others” , click on that and you will find the list of individuals who you are chosen to communicate rewards.
Already did that so under my reportees name its written december 1 statement not available. What i dont understand is how is it possible that for some people the rewards are visible to TLs and for some people its not showing.
