How can I get to know which hospitals accept cashless insurance I have vidal health insurance and what all gets covered by insurance? Any prerequisites for going reimbursement post-operation. I have Nose related problem which causing sinus and cold and the doctor suggested an operation and quoted 1.60 lakhs total including hospitalization and medical expenses please suggest whether I go for cashless or pay and reimburse.

Use vidal mobile app, there is also a dedicated vidal helpline for accenture. Also download the ecard from vidal website. During the admission process , give them the ecard for cashless service.

In the vidal portal itself you will get all the details...there will be a list of network hospitals for cashless.. and also treatment which covers....also you have contact center number you can check there

I have gone through 2 surgeries and both were cashless, i suggest u to raise query in vidal portal. Helpline guys are useless they don't even know the basics. If you want to check anything, better to raise online query
