Try adding it as secondary skill, that doesn’t require an approval. Then give assessment. If you achieve P3 or above , you can make it your primary and tool will not ask for any approval.

See, you should be least bothered about skills in the portal, instead, you should focus on primary skills in your resume so that you are able to clear technical interviews

Do it and it will get auto approved if they don’t take any actions, have done it twice

Supervisor-> DU lead . they both have to approve .

Don't worry about your primary skill. Add the skill of your desire as a secondary skill and try to get P3 or higher. You will get interviews for that skill once you are available for staffing.

You can't. There are 2 approval for primary skill , you should have worked on the same for min 6 months & capability lead should approve it.

But there is nothing stopping you from putting it as secondary skill. Get a good proficiency P3 or above and then try to make it primary.
