I am working as a QA with a total of 2.5 years of experience. I want to change my career to Azure Data engineer. Can anyone suggest how to change in Accenture. Till now for ADE. I have passed DP900 and the DP203 exam is next week. Thanks in Advance
Change your skill set in mycompetency and Reach out to avanade capability, they might be helpful to tag you too avanade and find an opportunity in data engineering
Ok will the manager allow to change the primary skill?
We had an internal avanade meeting today and major issue they are facing now is staffing, they are not finding enough quality azure data engineers, I think you can complete your certification (probably an industry ready project) and reach out to avanade directly via email with your portfolio. I feel it’s best approach.
I believe no one cares about certification as dumps are easily available. It is better to do side projects on ADE and include in cv so there will be a point in discussion in interview and you can literally showcase what you did and learnt. That would be more effective compared to just adding certifications in CV. Experienced that. PS: I have completed AI 900, DP 900, AZ 900 and DP 203
