Trending @Accenture; How to change primary skill or get project not aligning with primary skills

I joined Accenture as a non technical fresher although I'm BSc IT graduate with MBA in Business Analytics, then after primers I cracked Coding Contest on Java with 100% , for which we have been told ,if we crack this contest we will get Java developer as a stream and Java as primary skill. But after this I got allotted to Functional Test Planning as a primary skill. Within 1st month of training I got hard locked to the project centrally, for which I was not having any right to change/deny. The project is of support and my role is of Monitoring member means to move tickets from Open to Work in Progress which literally seems like fully clerical work. No skill use, no knowledge gain. Also not permitted to change project for 18 months. But scenario now is I'm in Accenture for 1 yrs 346 days with 0 experience of my actual primary skill, not allowing to change my secondary skill to primary skill for skills like ServiceNow ITSM, Java Server Pages (both with P3 proficiency) with reason no actual experience (took training) . Now if I look for another project they ask for atleast 6 months testing experience relevant to approx. 2yrs which I spent in Accenture. What should I do now ?
