Trending @Accenture; How to change job profile in workday after switching domain/technology internally ?

I have recently switched my domain internally from Packaged app development to AI/ML computational science. But the new job profile is not yet reflecting in workday or ms teams. Any idea how to change it ? Shall i need to ask my new people lead enabler to change it or any other way? Or, if I change my previous people lead to any current ai/ml person will that help in changing my profile to ai/ml ? Please help what to do.
