Trending @Accenture; How to change a project?
It's been 2+ years in the same project and the growth is zero. I am a Full stack web dev and wanted to explore more into this, but in my project they always gives me those work which I don't want to do like powerbi, MSexcel etc. How can I change my project, they won't let me leave as well so I wanted to give interview for other project and want to get locked to another project, without letting my manager know initially.
Its not possible to leave without your manager knowing it. You will only be able to join other project if the current project releases you
You can leave this project only when some other project is ready to take you. You can apply internally through the IJP (internal job portal) https://jobsgateway.accenture.com/ You cannot go to the bench. Manager or Hr will not allow you to go to the bench since you are already charged. If any other team is ready to take you then no one can stop you from switching.
Why you don't leave the project after analyst?? Once you are in bench u will get project call
