I have joined new project this month. I have more than 10 years of experience and still working as TL. I am working with Accenture for 2 years. Whom and how should ask for promotion? My current supervisor is AM. Should I connect with my supervisor and ask him or should I directly ask the Sr. Manager? I am targeting the upcoming December cycle.

Yes, you should have to be clear to your supervisor what you want….what are you expecting…. as soon as possible connect with him.
