Trending @Accenture; How to access Gym and is trainer provided?

Hi, I would like to access the accenture Gym. However, I'm not sure if I need to request access or whether I can just go to the gym. If I have to request access, can anyone kindly tell me the procedure for that. Also, will there be any gym trainer provided or not?
