Trending @Accenture; How should i manage my life post office?
First call around 9:30am last call of the day is around 9:00pm.
1 hour lunch break in between. How am I supposed do other activities this timing is taking away my whole day. Not able to hit gym properly not able to go for evening walks.
Literally have no energy post 9:30pm after staring at the screen whole day.
Give some pro tips please.

Than you are letting yourself to get abused....even am CL11 and yoe 1.5 years...but mine is like I will get your work completed on time....but yeh fixed hours and yeh long hours I don't do....you are paid for 8 hours... that's it....ask your manager ki bhai aisa nhi hota...and second thing stop taking too seriously.....talk to your people lead he will guide you better
Request to change the project. If not possible then take time of, may be couple of hours, in evening/afternoon for personal stuff. If questioned, explain your situation and ask for roll off
