(Asking for a friend obviously - she got flagged twice for not visiting office - both were a two week no office visit emails)

Depending on leads and managers, they will force to visit the office. HRs maybe included too impacting variable pay this cycle.

Not this probably they will take in account from next cycle, November ones, this time it is not matured to take this thing up. But i know very sure it will a parameter like proficiency , training, secure behaviour score, and then offc attendance
