Trending @Accenture; How’s synchrony as a company compared to Accenture SnC?

I recently joined Accenture in Strategy and consulting, got an offer from synchrony, what should I consider before accepting or rejecting the offer. Any idea for comparison of work / life / pays / benefits. Thanks!
