Trending @Accenture; How Oraganization initiated transfer (OIT) process happens in Accenture
Hi. I recently joined Accenture and have been assigned to a project. Due to personal reasons I need a transfer from Bangalore to chennai. Since my project bay is available in chennai too my team is okay with that. Since I joined recently i couldnt able to raise EIT. So my manager said they will try with OIT. How will be the process? Will HR create any noise for the transfer now? Whose approval is needed for that? Or at the end they will eventually ask me to report to base location only?

You will receive certain mails to claim x amount of money but u should not claim that bcz u choose to move on ur own
Hi. I got an email stating transfer request has been raised from smartsupply. And also a new hardlocked email. There are few checklist pending in AST. Do I need to follow up anything on that? Or it will be approved before my transfer date?
