Every 1 yr. Notice period will be 1 month here. Nobody care about our loyalty .

No. Once you join them with them early with 30 days notice period, your tenure in the previous organisation doesn’t matter. That’s why many people with 6–7 years of experience join as Associate Managers in Accenture

It depends on the company and other factors like work culture and pay etc.

For good company someone should switch within 2 3 years.

If you want to increase the salary then the only way is to switch. No one is taking care of existing employees. And employees should not be dependent on the hikes and vp.
