Trending @Accenture; How much variable pay do you expect in May 25 ?

As a cl12 i know it's 8.5 .. 😂

On top of that this % game is very interesting though .. For example 2 persons are expecting 10% .. one has 10lpa ctc another has 15lpa .. their expectations aren't the same ..

Can we expect hike?
