Trending @Accenture; How much should I expect at ?

I'm a Salesforce developer with 4 years of experience. This being my first job, I have a package of 5.25LPA fixed CTC and around 80k variable. NOW I'm planning to switch. How shall I negotiate with HRs and how much shall I expect?

Also I'm not getting much calls and replies for wherever I'm applying, even through their referral program.
