TCS was paying so damn low. So I switched and joined Accenture. 6.3 LPA Fixed is so awful for 4.11 YOE! I need more😔

With 3.4 years of experience on azure, i will stay when i will get around 13 lpa...with base as at least 11, because I don't trust variable pay at Accenture, i have seen, how much they give to others, even if they work hard.
