I got promoted to L11 through teachleap and it has been 18 months I am in L11. How many more required for getting promoted to L10?

It all depends on the senior manager, i have seen people getting promoted from L11 to L10 with just 6 MAL who actually were promoted to L11 via tech leap.

Bro not at all possible i 12 to 11 is easy and can be done in 1 yr bur 11 to 10 at least need 3 years
