Trending @Accenture; How much hike TP remunerated employee will get?

I just spoke to my manager and she said there are no slots for promotion from 9 to 8 and we marked you as TP. Anybody knows how much hike TP employee would get? It's Talent Priority.

DA and TP helps you get decent hike and variable pay..but percentages are decided by the practice leads based on the budget.. However you can expect double digit on both..

DA is not for level 9 and above only TPs

@Fasak2023 Last time I got DA at level 9, but no increment everybody knows 2023 no increment.

There is No DA this cycle onwards. Just TP

DA is there. Although they initially said it wasn't there, they've added it later.
