At the moment, I am getting, Fixed 10lpa. Variable 2lpa. Level 10 with 9 years of experience. Skill set- Automation testing (selenium), api testing, api testing. How much hike i should expect In case of promotion? Can anyone give little insight?

dude, you are seriously underpaid. I had an automation tester in my project last year who got 13 LPA with 3 yrs of exp in Accenture.
