Trending @Accenture; How much hike and variable pay to expect for QA?
I'm a QA Engineer. Recently I got promoted to level 11(default promotion). In future whenever the hike cycle will come, how much hike should I expect. My performance is very well appreciated by everyone in my team, be it my lead, Developer or BA team. Positive feedbacks from the client as well.
So based on the feedback and industry standard, how much hike and variable pay I should expect??
Its true last year no one got promoted except for few who’s appraisal were already started. This year you may see appraisal happening for sure. Now the percentage of hike for main level movement (for eg. L11 to L10) varies on many things such your performance in the team, your total experience on the tool/domain your currently working on & industry standard. I have recently gone through the main level movement i can say you may expect 15-25% hike for main level movement. I hope this helps. Keep growing
