Trending @Accenture; How much experience does a typical senior analyst have?

Never go by designation in IT. HR are absolute morons, they tag you designation based on years you switch and ctc

Previously it was 4+ nowadays they are giving it even for 3+ years

I know people who have 2 years exp getting this designation.

In Accenture designation defines salary range, if designation not growing it means salary is also stagnant.

Experience doesn't matter for designation in Accenture, I have 9 yrs of experience but they hire me as Senior Analyst. Won't talk about the package they provided because that was the worst.. 😞

On what basis we are promoted as senior analyst?
