Never go by designation in IT. HR are absolute morons, they tag you designation based on years you switch and ctc

Previously it was 4+ nowadays they are giving it even for 3+ years

They didn't give me when I switched from my last company. I had 3.5 years but still they didn't. They asked for relevant experience in that domain and based on that they assigned the role

In Accenture designation defines salary range, if designation not growing it means salary is also stagnant.

Experience doesn't matter for designation in Accenture, I have 9 yrs of experience but they hire me as Senior Analyst. Won't talk about the package they provided because that was the worst.. 😞
