Trending @Accenture; How many of you got hike at level 9 in nov 2025?

People who got hikes can you please clarify you joined this year, or when, what criteria you have fulfilled, as for me talent lead said no hike in this cycle and not in June also, i joined this year.

You wouldn't have got hike as you haven't completed a year yet, there are people waiting for a hike simce 2-3 years.also the discussions are over and closed by sepetember already. You can have chances by June 2025, keep the discussion open with your PL from now only.
