Trending @Accenture; How many of you don't like Accenture's culture and their work🙂
I thought it would be a good experience to get into Accenture. But here i was forced to work in a support project. Where I didn't want it, but the bench HR connected with me and forced me to accept the project. Where she said accept or you will get separation mail from Accenture. The outside situation is not good so I accepted the project. Where we don't have public holidays, we don't have proper weekends and resources are less and if inflow of support is more then it will be too much to handle.
Honestly i really don't like this project. And I work now for money and not for experience.
As we are ASEs doesn't mean you can do anything. Worst thing in Accenture
Buddy it’s same for everyone!! You will get to hear same from level 9 and level 8. You can change your project after a year. Please go through the policy you will find the loophole. All the best!!
Ha yes I get it, but too much bro like not even public holidays not even weekoffs. It really stuck
Okay dude, try first try to have conversation with your DU in teams 80% he will not respond wait for the day send a Mail regarding your issue copy his boss in your mail. He will definitely respond. If he does not respond still then involve HR for visibility. They ll either release you from the project or you ll get your compensation for your leaves. 
Same in a support project on tech I don't like and don't want to like just stay because of money but will be leavening soon and take my chances.
