Exactly! This would improve the economy in tier 2 cities as well. And metro cities would stop getting over crowded.

They are trying to do but eventually what happening is all the big guys sit in metro cities they want some management guys also to shift there resistance is coming from the top . And if they open and all frsh and AM also joined so there will be chaos

For companies to move to other cities, there should be decent infrastructure and perks for them. Governments need to make it feasible for them to move like more SEZ zones, better infrastructure like how Gurgaon and Hyderabad developed specific IT sectors. Companies won't invest there own money in building infrastructure as it is not economically feasible for them
