Trending @Accenture; How many of you agree that "even after you die for the work and meet all the expectations set" your manager never nominated you for any certification or awards. And on top of that the leadership is least bothered to look into these?

The key point to know is that it's not just about how hard you work, but also about how you present yourself. Not only your manager but also your team members and even seniors from other teams should be aware of your efforts. In the corporate world, visibility is more necessary than effort. Even folks with limited skills can receive recognition if they know how to showcase their contributions.

Agree it's always a painful thing for introverts. They are dedicated and punctual and good at work but can't show case like me. In my earlier organisation my manager was so friendly and smart in picking people and knowledgeable too. So he knows the efforts and time spent with noiseless delivery but here in Accenture it's all about do 10% and showcase 90%.
