It depends on ur holiday strategy and manager...what i have seen is 5-6 days is normal no issues more than that they will ask you to extend the notice period

So we should utilise all of our earned leaves before putting in papers(

I'm on my notice and have been taking leaves. Even had PTOs lined up the week after I put my papers. No issues have been raised so far. You can encash your Earned Leaves tho(depending on the location), so might wanna save them ☺️
