Trending @Accenture; How many feel that the supervisor hike, promotion, and bonus should be made dependent on the feedback coming in from their reportees?

Absolutely 💯 even before promoting someone to manager/assoc manager, management should consider taking feedback from the reportees. Sometimes they know how to impress the upper management but real bad at managing people.
