I am planning to take a 7 day leave during my notice period and I have enough leave balance, will my notice period get extended?

My supervisor told me I can take only sick leave

Earned Leaves - That's what the Exit Manager told me and she didn't confirm it, she used the so called "May be" and asked me to check with my Supervisor.
The supervisor didn't even care about it and he has not given a proper response.
Finally, I end up not taking any leaves.
Sick/Casual Leaves - We can take if you have leave balance.
