Trending @Accenture; How low can the management go?
Context- We were finally given WFH from April for 3 months after heavy pushback for months that we are not comfortable with shift timings(Cab use to pickup at 3am and ends in afternoon 1.30) and on sole condition stating that client should not be upset or else we will be called back! Guess what clients are okay with the output they are getting. But some mid level pms didnt send few excel sheet analytics file to higher management (lvl 3/4) that is related to our market which has costed us Return To Office. Will be moving back to Mumbai in coming weeks! It sucks when the stuff that can be done from home but we are pushed to RTO due to someone else's fault.
Do any of you have management crisis too?

Ours is a team of devops which hardly needs any collaboration at all, what they're aiming for. Yet the management is just blindly asking and manager is complying with it without trying to explain anything that there's absolutely no need for us to RTO.
