Trending @Accenture; How long Infosys takes to release offer letter?

I have completed my interview along with F2F HR discussion and there HR told me offer letter will release with 1 week but still on portal its showing decision pending & My interview process has been completed as follows:

Technical interview on 26th April

Managerial round on 28th April

Face-to-face HR discussion on 24th May

Digital verification completed on 26th May. Till now i haven’t received offer let yet. Can someone help me how long Infosys take to release offer letter
