Trending @Accenture; How long does it take to get the project?

I joined Accenture in August as a fresher and completed my training in Oracle PL/SQL & Apex Cloud Development in November end. Till now I didn't receive the bench mail. My main questions are: How much time does it usually take to get into a project? And For how much time will it be safe for me to be on the bench?
