
Trending @Accenture; How long can a L11 fresher stay in bench?
Joined Accenture in September 2023 as an AEH (Analyst). Been around a month on bench without receiving any interview calls. Most project POCs just text & ask about the years of experience and then reply that they expect a 3+ years experienced person at Level 11.
- How long is a person allowed to stay in bench before any action is taken.
- What action is taken or what is the best course of action for me.
- Any tips/guide works.

Is still happening? I faced same , I ended up worst project because of this fear.
Follow the advice
- Wait for good projects you will get it
- Don't accept any internal project (it's worst trust me)
3.Many worst domain try to get you by saying fancy words with fancy skills Don't fall for it. Try to ask clearly what is your role and what will you do
And important question what main software they are working on. - Keep up to date on your stream training , do myCompetency take try to achieve p2 atleast.
- Try take additional skill test (which you havelittle confident) , Taking more exams will unlock your profile to many domains.
- Do networking , post it in yammer and send mail and teams message to manager abt you

And in next 15 days you will get option to enroll in microsoft 365 smtg....
Don't enroll for it , you won't endup as developer
If you are not serious enroll for it , it can increase ur chances in that m365 not java full stack

Try to show ur personal projects to interviewer and don't mention u r fresher unless they ask.
As ur java full stack

Do cloud certification (many programs going on u can do it for free)( this speaks trust me)

Learn mern if u can or interested
Or
Continue with spring boot
Build somewhat full fleged projects for that

@Ded can you breakout the CTC for AEH(CL 11) fresher? Just curious ๐ซ

Well many of us when joined was made to wait for 4-5 months...and even my probation got extended but luckily in my extension of probation period some folk took me under shadowing...and it went well and I was made permanent to that team......but still I not got any client project it's just internal POCs am doing... so probably will switch soon

Going through a similar phase -: Stream training in Big Data. No calls or any interview. Any suggestions what should I do?

Well, the only way is to let opportunities find you. I'm sure you'll get an interview. Ask your batchmates what questions are commonly being asked and prepare accordingly.
While on bench I had revised Java, Spring, Node, TypeScript, Git... Basically everything that I could've been asked. That definitely helped (had got 3 projects at once)

Collect questions from your big data batchmates... Usually the questions are common.
If you want, you can reach out to people who're conducting interviews for your stream-mates or you could apply to mails or myScheduling or JobsPortal with one-slider

Small update: Project Calls started atleast.
Was approached for a support project today
(big MNC product-based client: name redacted).
The interviewer was kind & super-cool. Clarified all responsibilities & growth... Asked about my preferences n all.
I didn't take it up. (Since I'm looking for dev projects) Thanks for all the advice in this thread ๐งต people. Real life-saver.

Update: Had a soft-lock and a challenge by a good MERN project since 5 days... The 1st project now hard-locked me for a Java dev role instead of support.
