Trending @Accenture; How is the working culture at Accenture?

Depends on people you get around you. It has been good for many and also worse.

Work wise - it is good. It depends on you and your team. Don't allow anyone to dominate you. Excel in your work, be bold, don't rely on anyone that's it.

Financially - we have no hikes from 2022. I believe other service based companies are equally f up on this point.
