Always it's project and du specific some get more some get less many get nothing. All depends on your domain, DU and project performance.

If I worked on one project for around 10 months and then switched to a new project, where I have been working for 2 months, which project manager would decide my rewards and bonus? Since I recently joined the new project but spent about 90% of my time on the old project, I am unsure who evaluates me.
