Trending @Accenture; How is bonus calculated, because in my team the opposite things have happened the most hardworking employee has got less percent and the ones who work less have got high percentage of bonus, please explain?

It could be because of salary. High salaried people will get less % and vice versa.

I'm sure they did appa chappa dbba while giving ratings. same in our team I dont understand how they give rating u do or dont do anything its same for all so do nothing expect less, even you will get atleast good sleep.
