Trending @Accenture; How improve speaking skills

I joined accenture one year back but my most of time spend on bench recently got a project
But literally I am from hindi speaking state and most of team member are from southern side they speak very well in English also they have experienced also but I am like unable to speak fluently in English and sometimes I stuck as unable to remember correct vocab of that word
Is anyone face same problem with their career starting also is it common as I feel so demoralized toaday
Please suggest some tricks/ method I can follow to improve my speaking skills specially for corporate.

Join the GoFluent club in Accenture. They teach languages especially Foreign ones but English is also there. Please spen atleast 1 hour everyday, it will be great for your career.
It’s okay. Don’t lose hope and prepare yourself for embarrassment coming forward but be happy that you will learn and finally move ahead of this.
Simple trick is to watch movies, series in English only, use subtitles. Secondly when you read a book, article, documentation or anything and see a word which you don’t know well, look it up. It’s meaning and use-case in a sentence.
This will do if followed with consistency. Best of luck
