Trending @Accenture; How feedback effects in future?

I was suffering from some health issue and anxiety disorder so i was not able to focus on work from past 1 month. Recently i received very bad feedback from my PL, how this feedback will effect me and can other managers able to see this will hiring me for their project? Also I was locked in my project since 9-10 months but they have not provided charge code yet.
