Is it decided only once in a year between December and June?

My assumption is almost same amount is being paid in December and June!

Please explain.

AFAIK, it is decided on your performance, feedback and priorities. I have got different amount in December and June last year. Also, depends on your project performance.

Variable pay gets decided twice in a year. And in june and dec you will get it.
