Trending @Accenture; How does PF work in Accenture?

I had opted for 3150 Option for Provident Fund in Accenture. But I notice that, 6300 gets deducted for PF in my payslip. From what I'm aware of, shouldn't half amount go from the persons salary and the other half come from the company for PF?

Can someone explain how PF works in other companies and how it works in Accenture?
