Trending @Accenture; How does one negotiate a salary hike?
Im a fresher who joined in Jan’24, this year. Im not sure what can I say and what I cannot, I’ve researched how to do negotiate one in general but I wanted to hear from people within Accenture only, since there are specific cases here.

i negotiated a solid hike during my joining and also have good work, my manager resigned a few months upon my joining and i’ve undertaken tasks and excelled in some for which im not even qualified for, even receiving commendation mails from the clients themselves, if even that doesn’t warrant a hike then im honestly disappointed
Don’t new joiners have a fixed compensation? How did you manage to negotiate then and why you need tips now?
