Trending @Accenture; How does leaves get reimbursed?

I have not taken any holiday since I joined, want to know if Accenture pays for the leaves I have not used, like what is the process, when will I get it what is the amount 🤔?

You can only encash leaves at the time.of separation , number of leaves to.be encashed as per policy applicable to your base location, fixed numbers of leaves gets carried forward each Accenture FY i.e. on 1 September and remaining leaves will be lapsed .

Better you plan and take leaves.

There is no award, if you don't avail any leaves

Leaves expires in August? And number of leaves sick leave, casual leave and earned in separate bucket

Sick & casual leaves will be elapsed after every year if unused and earned leaves can be encashed only after resignation, visit policies.accenture.com>holidays for more info
