Trending @Accenture; How do you guys stay healthy with all the work?

Folks, what's the way to manage your weight and general physical condition while working? What do you guys do? Do you get time to gym/run? Looking for reccos and inspiration

We need to take out time for our health and fitness. Atleast 40 mins to an hour for any kind of fitness activity and also choose the kind of meals that we eat. If you have night shift then you have to be extra careful about your sleep cycle and eating habits

Being fit is our choice. It depends on how much priority you give to your health.

  • Make sure you don't sit continuously not more than 30-40 mins. I mean just take a small walk in your office or home eg. go for drinking water, or just walk for 2-3 mins and resume your work.
  • if you have time then go for gym or buy customisable dumbbells for 10kg 10kg and your all set for full body workout.
  • if you don't have time atleast walk for 1hr daily in a day. Not needed continuosly instead you can take a 10 mins walk after breakfast, lunch, dinner, and spare 20-30 mins a day for walk.
  • Here comes the main thing I.e. diet, first thing cut off all the unhealthy food items from your list. And second thing eat those foods which fulfill your daily nutrition intake.
    Like 2-3 eggs/chiken for protein
    Almonds
  • Another point is have your breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner same time everyday. This can reduce gastric problems.
  • Finally 7-8 hours is mandatory for mental health.
