Guys I need help.When I downloaded the compensation statement from rewards portal.It has only June Variable pay mentioned.How do I show the full CTC now as they are asking proof that I will get the other half of the VP in year end.

When you do a print in rewards portal, You will have a long paragraph saying you are eligible for 27% of IPB on your fixed pay. Show them that

One of the recruiter told me its what you are eligible not what you got. And i just said in your CTC are you putting VP which i am eligible or what you are gonna give me. She never came back 😂😂
