Trending @Accenture; How do we get an early release from the project?

I have joined a project as a consultant but they are making me do a service role which involves solving service now tickets. It's been 3 months since I got into this project. This work is really frustrating and I see no skill in this. Moreover I am working on evening shifts for this role. Please help me by providing suggestions on how to get out of this project.
