Trending @Accenture; How do we check our new CTC after promotion?

I got promoted to L10, how do I check the total new CTC. I could only see new fixed pay in rewards protal, and not the actual CTC with variable.

It will get updated in allsec portal after September 1st.

VP is not shown in the portal. It’s 21% of your fixed. By the way how much hike % did you get?

But we don’t get 21%, this is only on paper. Rather in reality it will be 8-16%.
